Dear Arlene, My thank you note is saved on my computer as, “the best, the best, the best”, and honestly, (I feel so guilty saying this as I am ½ Greek, and the land of my people Greece would certainly disown me) – but truly Italy and all the arrangements made by Ciao Tours – well, let’s put it this way, I cried when our Italian Summer holiday book arrived – unbelievable the detail, the information and the first week we returned I cried every time I tried to explain about our incredible trip; I so wanted to be back to the land of my new people! Dear Ciao Tours, We enjoyed a vacation to Italy this fall organized by Ciao Tours and wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had. We spent fifteen activity-filled days travelling in a foreign country confident that everything was planned and organized to the last detail. I have no doubt that we wouldn’t have managed to do or see even half the things we did had we tried to plan this trip on our own.

Hi Christina Overall we had a wonderful trip. People ask us what the highlight was and it is hard to sum up. We loved the hill towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Madis villa is beautiful and in a really nice location.Our guide in Rome, Antonella, is a beauiful person. She was a joy to hang out with for those 2 days. We would go back to Rome in a heart beat. All of your arrangements were great and the staff at all of the hotels were very helpful. Thanks again.

All the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be with…. Good Morning Arlene, The trip was wonderful. This is our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I can say with confidence we started at the top of the bed and breakfast experience. Silvia and Paolo could not have been better hosts. We can’t thank them enough for allowing us dinners in their home – it made all the difference. Getting around Tuscany was very easy. Our tour to Sienna was wonderful and the guide you sent to us was friendly and of course knowledgeable. A pleasure to spend the day with. Thank you for your assistance in setting up an amazing holiday experience.

Our trip to Italy was fabulous. Thanks for orchestrating all of the arrangements for our tour in concert with Ruth and Arlene from Ciao Tours. I think the highlight for me was the cooking class at Fattorie Santo Pietro. It was a lot of fun and we really all got right into it ( especially the vino!). I have attached a couple of photos. All of the accommodations met our needs- it was especially terrific to be all together in the apartment at Santo Pietro.
