Arlene, I just wanted to thank you and Ciao Tours for a wonderfully organized trip! Evan and I had an amazing and unforgettable trip together. From being picked up at the airport, to the phone calls checking up on us, to people meeting us (Venice) to orient us, to being picked up at 3:00 am to go to the airport...we were so well looked after. Everything was wonderful. Thank you SO much again for all your work!

Hi Arlene,

We're back home, and getting readjusted from our trip. 

Roberta and I just wanted to tell you that everything was terrific and all your connections went off like clockwork.  Even the part I was most concerned about: being met in the lobby of Hotel Bruno at 4 am and water-taxied to the airport.

Your rep there was most congenial, got us loaded onto the boat and off to the airport, with great efficiency.  In fact, Claudia, the staffs of both hotels, and their locations and arrangements were all great. 

Ever since our Tuscany trip, I've sung your praises to anyone who even mentions going to Italy.  And I certainly intend to keep doing so.

We had a "fantastic" trip. There was nothing that could have been made it better. Travelling the way we did with all plans made and someone in touch with us was like having Mom always there.

We have recommended your company's name to many of our friends and they are planning to be in touch. My favorite bit of information I like to tell them is that women have the company so every detail is taken care of.

 I just wanted to let you know what a great time our group had in Italy. Your arrangements were absolutely perfect!  Our hotels were all terrific, the information you provided for trains etc was invaluable and your booklet was never out of reach !  I can’t thank you enough for ensuring that everything about our trip went smoothly.  We travelled “without a hitch”, thanks to you.  I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who is thinking of travelling to Italy.  First class job, and we want you to know that it was much appreciated.  This was a trip of a lifetime for my husband and I and you definitely added to our experience in a very positive way.
