Dear Arlene et al,

We’re back, safe and sound with a host of happy memories to savor in the weeks ahead.  And many many thanks to all the planning and work all of you have done on our behalf.  It was such a wonderful trip and we were all so impressed with every aspect of the planning process and the final itinerary is so professional and detailed…a real keepsake!  It was this attention to detail that made it unfold so smoothly.

I can’t say enough how well the trip went, thanks to your planning and detailed explanations.  We ALL had the trip of a lifetime …. And the family is still speaking to each other!!!  It was a great celebration of  our 50 years together!

We wanted to express our appreciation for the great job you did on organizing our fantastic trip to Italy. Your care and attention to detail inspired confidence in all your arrangements. Our accomodations were not only clean but very conveniently located. Your directions and transfers were accurate and minimized our wait times as well as stress levels.

We were pleasantly surprised by Laura's genuine concern and follow-up during our travels throughout Italy. It was reassuring to know that we had that support in the event of any problems.

The people that you lined up to assist us in making the most of our trip were gracious and helpful. While in Sorrento, Maurizo enriched our drive down the Amalfi coast by adding a lot of color with his stories and descriptions of the local towns. We had one of our favorite meals in a restaurant that he suggested in Ravello. We gained a new appreciation for Italian olive oil and wine from Alessandra's knowledgeable presentation. She was particularly charming and gracious as she explained the finer points of enjoying Tuscan cuisine. Rita was an absolute joy to tour around Sienna with. Her pride and knowledge of Sienna's history, culture and politics and the joy she took in sharing it with us was obvious. Eddo and Maria Luisa made us feel like we were part of their family for the cooking class and dinner that we enjoyed afterwards along with their daughter and grandson. And yes, Tammy, this was a highlight of the trip for Mark as well. Thanks for talking him into the cooking class. Mark and Eddo also seemed to share a common love of good Italian wine.

Once again, thank you for all the assistance you provided in making our trip such a wonderful experience.
