In 1998, Ciao Tours was born in Canada with a dream to provide unique, personalized & independent tours of Italy. We discovered a niche in the market which the large tour companies where not meeting. The age of following an umbrella with fifty people you did not know was slowly coming to an end.
 
The Italian partners wanted clients to experience the small family ran farms called Agritourisms, the local guides in Rome, Siena, Florence & Venice, enjoy a cooking lesson with an Italian family. We want to immerse our clients into the hospitality, culture and beauty of our country Italy!
 
Ciao Tours has started with small beginning but has grown to include staff in both countries; an office located inside the Italian Consulate Offices in Calgary, AB and dedicated Travel Agents throughout North America.
 
Our Passion for Italy remains constant for the last 12 years. We are still discovering new and interesting places, activities and accommodations for our repeat clients and new clients as well.
